    Allergy-friendly Baking Class

    You will learn how to make bread that is gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free.

    In this course, you will learn how to make Uji Matcha Red Bean Toast and Cinnamon Pineapple Toast.

    This is a hands-on cooking class.

    Apart from the detailed recipe, each student can take away one loaf of Uji Matcha Red Bean Toast and 1 loaf of Cinnamon Pineapple Toast.
